Basic disorder: recurrent atelectasis in the medial lung lobe.
I. DIAGNOSIS
A. Complaint Main
     - Repeated Coughing
     - Pain pleural
     - Hemoptysis
B. The important Signs Rhonchi wet
C. Laboratory examination -
D. Examination Radiology In case of atelectasis, minor fissure disappeared, atelectasis shadow overlap with the heart.

II. COMPLICATIONS
   1.Bronkiektasis
   2.Fibrosis
III. MANAGEMENT
A. General Therapy
1. Break
2. Diet
3. Medical
First drug:

     * At the time may be given antibiotics prekolaps

Alternative medicine: -
4.Bronkoskopi to remove foreign objects, if there is lung collapse.
