Basic disorders: Lack of liver parenchyma due to pressure or due to the enlarging cyst kidney cyst

I. DIAGNOSIS

A. Complaints principal

     * Generally, no complaints
     * Enlarged abdomen
     * Abdominal pain in the epigastric / right upper abdomen
     * severe stomach pain, perhaps due to ruptured liver

B. The important Signs

     * Jaundice
     * hepatomegaly
     * Often accompanied by kidney cyst

C. Laboratory tests
Alkaline phosphatase and indirect bilirubin rise
D. Special Inspection

     * Ultrasound
     * CT Scan
     * MRI
     * Autopsy

1.Perdarahan intrakistik
2.Ikterus obstructive
3.Keganasan: kolongaiokarsinoma
4.Keganasan upper gastrointestinal tract
5.Hepatolitiasis
6.Kolelitiasis
7.Abses heart-sepsis
8.Ruptur

B. Therapeutic complications
1. Rupture: surgery
2. Infected cyst: tidal drainage
C. Surgery
1. Surgery

3. Aspiration of fluid (if large cysts)
4. Sclerotherapy (if there is bleeding varices)
5. Liver transplant

IV.PROGNOSIS
     * Depending on the severity of renal disease
     * With the fate of people with better dialysis
